Thành  lập cơ sở May An Phước năm 1992, với số lượng 50 công nhân, 40 máy may công nghiệp, chuyên may gia công cho các công ty  xuất khẩu.

Sau khi có luật công ty ra đời, ngày 26/04/1993. An Phước tăng vốn, tăng thiết bị sản xuất lên 300 máy với công nhân là 400 người và xin được XNK trực tiếp, đổi tên thành Công ty May Thêu Giày XNK An Phước (TNHH) cho tới nay.

Chuyên làm hàng gia công xuất khẩu cho NISHOIWAI, ITOCHU, MINOYA - đây là các công ty hàng đầu của Nhật. Đến năm 1995, Công ty ký hợp đồng gia công Giày thể thao cho công ty Hope Victor, FILA (Đài loan), xuất khẩu 100% sang thị trường EU cho đến nay.

Các mặt hàng công ty gia công : Jacket, Quần Tây, Khaki, mặt hàng trẻ em, đồ lót, giày thể thao...

Từ kinh nghiệm quản lý chất lượng, thị trường và qui trình sản xuất may, giày xuất khẩu, Công ty An Phước quyết định đưa ra thị trường  sản phẩm mang thương hiệu  An Phước, logo   , nhãn hiệu  và phát triển hệ thống cửa hàng trên cả nước (64 cửa hàng).

Năm 1997, Công ty mua bản quyền Pierre Cardin gồm  : Chemise, Vest, Quần tây, Đồ lót nam.

Hiện tại, toàn công ty  có hơn ba nghìn CNV làm việc chính thức và bán thời gian.

Thông qua những hoạt động của chúng tôi. Hiện nay An Phước đã trở thành một trong những công ty hàng đầu về may mặc. Ngoài việc sản xuất các mặt hàng may thêu phục vụ trong nước, chúng tôi còn có các thị trường xuất khẩu rộng lớn tại Châu Âu và Nhật Bản.

Trụ sở chính và các phân xưởng của An Phước đều đặt tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Những hoạt động chính của chúng tôi bao gồm cung cấp các loại sản phẩm may mặc cho thi trường trong nước và quốc tế :

An Phuoc now owns and operates a sales network that includes 31 international standard stores in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. Having 5 factories with more than 3000 highly capable and skilled workers, we are ready to respond to all demands of domestic and international markets with more than 3,500,000 high quality products annually.
 
 In 1997, we had the honour of becoming a partner of Pierre Cardin - France. Following that, we became the unique supplier for Pierre Cardin's men's shirts in the Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia markets.
